RENEWABLE ENERGIES

Energy self-consumption stands as one of our latest initiatives to reduce CO2 intensity and move towards the exclusive use of renewable and local energy. In line with this commitment, we have implemented the installation of photovoltaic solar panels for our internal consumption.

CalmellGroup has completed an installation of 219 solar panels with a total surface area of 2,221.82 m2, alongside 3 inverters with a nominal power of 30k2 each, and an average generated energy self-sufficiency ratio of 19%.

Working and producing using 100% renewable energy is already a reality. We have managed to reduce our ecological footprint through the implementation of sustainable energy solutions that contribute to slowing down climate change, with the financial support of the European Union under the framework of Next Generation Program.
